Entry Requirements (One of the following):

  • Any ABE Level 4 Diploma OR equivalent qualification
  • 2 A Levels/2 CAPE subjects
  • Mature Entry
    -21 years or over with 2 or more years relevant working experience
Level 6 Diploma

  • Managing Organizational Change and Development
  • Performance Management and Reward
