This Negotiation Skills course provided a wealth of valuable information that is highly applicable to everyday life. The content itself is very good, insightful, and practical. However, I was not fully satisfied with the quality of the module’s delivery.
One of the main challenges was the absence of audio or video components, which made the material difficult to follow and less engaging. Relying solely on text left much of the content open to personal interpretation, which may not always capture the intended meaning. In addition, the practical illustrations could have been more impactful if presented through live recordings or demonstrations, where concepts could be explained in real time.
For future improvements, I strongly recommend incorporating audio narration, interactive visuals, or video demonstrations to create a more dynamic learning experience. This would not only make the module more engaging but also ensure that learners grasp the concepts accurately and effectively.
