Construction Project Management
Project Management within the Construction industry is extremely important. Ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget are integral in this profession. The demand for Construction Project Managers is high both within Trinidad and Tobago and internationally.
This course will expose learners to the ins and outs of navigating within the construction project management field which involves working on commercial and public sector projects; redevelopment and new-build. This also includes management, consultancy or research, working for construction contractors and developers, local/national government, private clients and also caters to the entrepreneur setting up your own business.
